Hey yall,

I am trying to get an answer on if the admin can give rights to edit the announcements for the participants?

 @katherine_scarb , which announcements do you mean?  Global announcements that appear when people login at the top of their dashboard, or course announcements that instructors send out?

You need to be at least an account admin to send or edit Global announcements.  The course announcements, the teacher level users can edit.
