Hello @PradeepReddy ...

Are you currently using a paid Canvas environment, or are you using the Free For Teachers (FFT) Canvas environment?  If you are using FFT, it's my understanding that you would not have access to an admin area within that environment.  Administrative controls are only available for schools who are using a paid Canvas environment.
