Hello @tsu_mc 

I was also not able to find any information an SQL that will produce that data table you were looking at on that guide. 

However, if you did want to use the Canvas data services that the guide references, your Customer Success Manager might be able to get that feature enabled for you if it is not already in use for your institution.  I am not sure if they would know if there is an SQL that will produce that sort of data table, but it might be worth asking.
