My students are having difficulty uploading video files that they took on their phones.  I'm not sure what the trouble is.  Some have no problem.  Others can't do it.  I'm not sure why they didn't follow directions to use the embedded media recording options, but I'm sure you can't help me fix the reasons why students don't follow instructions.  However, I'm hopeful somebody has a solution to help the student upload the Android phone video to Canvas as an assignment submission.  Thanks in advance for your help.

I've heard that some students are able to resolve the issue by uninstalling and then reinstalling the app.

Another thing to ask students is to double-check the length/size of their file and their WiFi or data connection. Canvas Media Comparison
