In the course announcements on the Canvas student app, the order of announcements seems to be in random order. It doesn't appear to be alphabetical or in chronological order. I have only checked iOS devices but I imagine it's the same on other platforms too. Is there a setting that can fix this?
I am having the same issue. Did you receive a solution? Going in through a web browser is not an option as we are working remotely and are using the student app.
Hi @russell_monagha - Announcements should be listed with the most recent at the top, at least that's what I'm seeing with Canvas Student on my Android device. Which device does your student use? Have you reported this to Canvas Support?
