[ARCHIVED] Announcements Disappearing from Student View in Homerooms

Nearly all of our teachers have experienced this issue and Canvas support tickets have been unsuccessful. We have been adding our daily schedules for K-8th grade students in the homeroom announcements to make them easier to see for students and have Zoom links easily accessible. 

However, these announcements keep disappearing from the student view. They are still there in the teacher view.

Has anyone encountered something similar or have suggestions?

I was able to look into this a little bit for you. For reference, I found THIS canvas guide about creating a Home room announcement. 

They do list that a homeroom announcement displays for 2 weeks or until it is replaced by a new announcement. When you check in student view, are the announcements disappearing after about 2 weeks or when a new announcements is made?

Thank you for the update. We need a different solution for student schedules, especially for grades K-3. We are now adding them as announcements, but if announcements disappear after 2 weeks it is not ideal.
