[ARCHIVED] Are student submissions & grades included when you export a course to a file?

I'm looking for a way to back-up, not just a course or template, but a nearly-completed course full of student submissions / grades, etc. Is there a way to do this sort of a back-up?

 @jrosin , enrollments and activity associated with students do not copy along with a course copy or course export; only the course content is copied. When I was teaching, I periodically downloaded the gradebook .csv to keep as a backup of last resort (although I'm happy to report that in all my years of teaching with Canvas, I never wound up needing it). Instructors can also bulk-download the assignment submissions for each assignment as well.
