New issue just popped up out of the blue... if I go to any text field, for instance, if you are an admin, go to Courses or People and type something in the search field and then try and use the arrow keys to move your cursor left and right within the search box, suddenly this week I have found that the arrow keys are not functional. Anybody else also have this issue? Wondering if it is something strange happening to just us or if it is widespread. We did just have some new feature options turned on yesterday. Thanks!

Chris,
I just tested this using your exact example and it works fine for me. I'm able to move around in the text box with my left and right arrows. For reference, I'm testing on a Windows computer with Chrome Version 81.0.4044.138 (Official Build) (64-bit).

Thank you, I appreciate the information.
I’ve gotten a little more information from the people reporting this and so far it seems to be Mac users and this behavior seen in Safari and Chrome. Still trying to gather additional information and also do have a ticket open with Instructure. I’d be interested in anybody else that may see this behavior also and I’ll report back whatever I find out in case others see this in the future. Thanks and hope all are doing well.
I want to bring a close to this... the new feature Product Tour was causing this behavior. As soon as we turned that off, the left and right arrow keys began to behave again in text fields.
Hi, Chris,
Thanks for the information here; our support team will be glad to get the details of what you're seeing so they can help get this resolved!

Hi Erin, here is my ticket #: 05711630
I have a video in the ticket showing the behavior before we turned Product Tour off. Thanks!
Chris,
Thanks so much, We were having the same issue and I was getting no where with support. Disabling "Product Tour" also fixed the problem for us.
For Erin,
This was my Case number with video for the same issue:
