I created an online course on canvas and have several students completing the course.  When students are logged on to do the course evaluation, the system will not allow them to do it because they are needing permission from me to complete the evaluation.  Why is this?

Course evaluations are not a Canvas product; but rather, a third-party tool integrated with Canvas. Without knowing what tool and how the integration is configured, we will not be able to help you. It is time to talk to your eLearning person of your campus, or whomever administers your course evaluation tool.

I tried to find an appropriate support link on the University of West Georgia's website, but it is behind a firewall.
