I have created groups in my course and recently the first assignment got submitted. However, I noticed that one group's assignment (Group E) is getting posted to another group (Group D).
I checked and the assignment of the students to the groups is correct. I asked them to submit again and then it got submitted to the right group. But it created multiple assignments reflecting for the same group.
Not able to understand what is an issue here. Would appreciate your help.
