Once an assignment is posted does the student have the option of posting their answers or attaching their work to that assignment?

Hi  @laura_garcia  Welcome to the Canvas Community!

Depending on how you have set up an assignment, students have many options for submitting assignments.  I would suggest checking out the Assignments chapter of the Canvas Instructor Guide.

You can set assignments for....

• A file upload (and you can restrict the file type),
• A text entry,
• A media submission,
• A website URL,
• And more.
