My assignments are syncing to Powerschool, but the grades aren't. I can see all the assignments in Powerteacher Pro, but no grades. It has been working fine up until about a week ago.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hello! I actually solved the issue. If you click on Grade Sync (in your course on the left side navigation menu) and then click on the Settings tab you will see Remaster Grade Passback. It looks scary...but all it does is update ALL information instead of just what it THINKS was new info. Older assignments or things with changed dates confuse the regular sync, it seems. So, do the Remaster and everything should be fine.
Good luck!
I am having the same issue, except mine seems to be related to the switch from Q1 to Q2. Assignments that were submitted during the transition period are the issue. I stopped all syncing during the transition. I changed the due dates for assignments to be due after the transition period (after they were completed and submitted). I turned sync back on. The assignments populated into Power School just fine, even with the new due date. But NO GRADES filled any assignment. A few students completed the work and submitted after the transition date and their scores DID sync. I tried changing a few grades and updating...no luck it still doesn't sync. PS just has blanks for anyone who submitted during the transition dates. What can I do??
I'm experiencing the exact same issue 😞
