How do I attach a word document to the assignment? I want create an assignment that is to completed in word document.   I would like to upload a word document for my student to type and then upload.

Hi Alesia Robinson,

It's great that you want to provide the Word Doc for the student to complete, it definitely makes it easier to get the correct assignment.

So to accomplish this task, you will want to:

• Upload the file to your course - How do I upload a file to a course?
• then Add the file to the Assignment page - How do I insert course files into the Rich Content Editor using the Content Selector as an instructo...

I usually add instructions to students on how to name the file, otherwise I can just imagine 30 files all called Worksheet3.docx.
