Welcome to Canvas Community!!!

That is going to be a browser setting and not a Canvas setting.  A quick Google search found this:

This is not an acceptable answer.  I should be able to click on a form used in Canvas and not have it autofill, browser or not.  This is a cloud application and your program should be able to select to disable that feature within it. I need the autofill for many other programs, so I do not think this is an acceptable answer.
