[ARCHIVED] Badges earned on Credily are missing from backpack?

Hi!

I just completed another Canvas course and went to my Badgr backpack to check what my status is currently. I have been completing courses with Canvas since the first week of June through my school district and had originally applied to collect my badges through Credily. Where did all of those badges go? I am saddened to see that they are not in my backpack. It was my understanding that all of the badges earned prior to the switch would carry over to my backpack. I know it seems silly, but it was rewarding to see how many Canvas courses I had completed successfully.
