[ARCHIVED] BigBlue Button Recording not working... only audio, not showing slide progression

I recorded a conference session on BigBlue Button last week. The recording was working previously but I just tried to watch it again and it doesnt seem to be working. It will have the audio and chat, but the slides will not show progression. How can I fix this.

Hi Amanda,

Hmm ... based on your post on an earlier thread, I know your school is on the Free Tier for Canvas Conferences, and as such the recordings expire in 14 days.

I can say, going forward, if this happens again, please post a follow-up and we can take a closer look at the recording itself.
