Blue Jeans is a paid third-party conferencing tool, so do you or your school have a subscription to it? In checking their website, I do not see whether or not they include a Canvas integration. It may be that this tool is used external to Canvas, but I am not sure. I would suggest contacting your school's Canvas Admin/Support department. I tried finding a link on Georgia Tech's website without much luck - sorry.
