Canvas and Mastery are experiencing issues due to an ongoing AWS incident. Follow the status at AWS Health Dashboard and Instructure Status Page
At my admin training I remember our trainer mentioning where I can look to see the current bugs being worked on in Canvas. Does anyone know where this is?

@theslyprofessor ...
You found a conversation that has quite a few old replies from 2016. Since then, the Canvas Community site that you're on right now has gone through several changes...including a different platform altogether. In the current Community website, it's pretty easy to find the "Known Issues" page. At the very top of any page here in the Community (including this page that you're reading right now), you'll find the "Explore" menu. When you click on "Explore", you'll see a bunch of additional options to click on. One of those in the third column is "Known Issues".
I hope this helps so that you can maybe bookmark this page in your browser when you need to find it.
@amandataintor , it's the Known Issues space, and you probably saw it during a support training when the trainer walked through the ServiceCloud interface. When you log into ServiceCloud, you'll see a tab called Key Links on the ribbon across the Home view (under the big buttons). Clicking on Key Links, and then on Top Known Issues, will take you to the Known Issues space.
If you can't yet access that page, ask your CSM to enable it. Once that's done, you will be able to view that page either from ServiceCloud or directly through the Community.
Is that the same as the Known Issues in Canvas Labs? I couldn't remember if this was something I had to subscribe to / be added to, or if it's generally accessible...
Yes, that's the one, @tdelillo , and if you or anyone else clicks on that link and can see it, it means that your access to it was authorized at some point by your CSM or by someone at Instructure. It is not (or should not be) generally accessible.
So how does someone like me report a bug if we don't have access to the know bug mentioned above?
Contact Canvas Support by clicking the Help link in Canvas and Report a Problem.
This is so poorly implemented by Canvas...There should be a very easy icon to find this, instead of us having to "Ask the Community"
