[ARCHIVED] Can I use Apple AirPods to record audio in Studio?

Before I go and purchase AirPods Pro, I would like to know if they can be used to record audio in Studio. Currently, I have a pair of wireless headphones (non-Apple) and they won't record audio in Studio. They work everywhere else, but no Studio. 

I use Chrome on an iMac with Catalina OS.

My wired headset works fine for recording audio in Studio, it's just big and clunky and gets heavy after hours of use while teaching remotely and recording many videos.

I have AirPods gen 1, and they do not work when recording via Studio.  Very frustrating and mystifying.

I have not been able to get AirPod pro's to work when recording videos in Studio. They work great everywhere else, like Zoom, Teams, etc.

I have been having the same issue. AirPods worked great with Kaltura.
