[ARCHIVED] Can anyone offer help as to resolving or troubleshooting a Submission Error?

My student has completed her work. She is attempting to attach a Google Doc and then submit. However, Canvas will not allow her to submit and keeps giving her an error message. I have tried to help her by using "past submissions," by using Google Drive, and even by trying to screenshot and then attach. None of these is helping resolve the issue. If anyone can offer suggestions or help me trouble shoot it would be greatly appreciated. I am attaching a screen shot of her screen's error message

Hi @john_hansen apologies for the delay in responding. 

I hope you have found a solution to your challenge. I noticed a few similar googledocs questions. Hoping it was something happening at the google end and that it is now resolved. 

If not please let us know and we will get straight on it.
