[ARCHIVED] Can students see previous exams if they did not submit them?

I am trying to set up possible dates for students to take their makeup exams. 

Can students see the questions to the previous exams if they did not take the exam? 

For example, If they were scheduled to take an exam during class time, but missed the exam, will they still be able to see the questions to the exam?

I have it set up so they can not see their answers to the exam after taking it, but it does not specify the questions.

If the test is still within its open/accessible dates, those students could access the original test questions. If the test "Until date" has expired, then they cannot.
