[ARCHIVED] Can't use pull down menu to grade on Speed grader

I am trying to access "speed grader" for some of my classes but in the right, upper corner of the screen, under "related item" I see a "pull down menu" which says "select group to grade" but when I click on it, there are no choices to pull down/ choose and it won't let me open speed grader.  3 of my 5 classes are doing this now and I don't know why it is happening.  Can you PLEASE help?  I need to grade work in a timely fashion, but I can't get to it right now.

Hi,  @bethany_thissen ‌, would you double-check the filters that are set in the Gradebook for the course to make sure that the Student Groups filter is not enabled? How do I use the Gradebook? and How do I filter columns and rows in the Gradebook? provide screenshots.

Hi Stephanie!  I went in and removed all filters (from the view, pull down menu).  None are checked now but they still all appear on that drop down menu under view.  I still can't grade anything because when I hover over "speed grader" is says "You must select a student group first".  Still not sure what I am doing wrong

 @bethany_thissen ‌, that's so frustrating! Try clearing the cache and/or using a different browser; if the problem still persists, ask Canvas Support to have a look (How do I get help with Canvas as an instructor?‌).

I had the same issue and figured it out! You launch speedgrader from grade book.
