I could not agree more. Presently, for the few emails warrant printing I've had to cut and paste to a word document. Not convenient at all.

Hi, Sara,

In case you never got a response to this same question elsewhere, I am thinking that your question relates to messages in Conversations? Conversations is not designed to be like email, but if you do want to be able to print messages more easily, you can set up notifications in your account and have your messages be sent to an external email client that is better suited for printing. See How do I set my Notification Preferences?​
