I would like to disable the copy and paste (well, actually only paste) into a quizz's answer element. This is to prevent from simply copying answers somewhere and pasting them into the answer field into a quiz.

Hi @mkremer Welcome (belatedly!) to the Canvas Community. I believe the only solution would be a third party one, such as LockDown Browser from Respondus. This will prevent students from having any other application open on the computer they are taking the exam. Bear in mind this is best in a proctored environment, where you can also see if students are looking something up on a smartphone. Bear in mind that the LockDown Browser does not yet work with New Quizzes, to the best of my knowledge.

Preventing students from pasting would mean that even if they type text found elsewhere, they still have to type it and may learn something in the process.
