Sorry to read that you are unable to log in to your Canvas account. Depending on how your school has configured the login page to get into Canvas, you actually may need to reach out to your school's local Canvas administrator, your school's Online Learning/eLearning department, or your school's IT department. Some schools have their login page set up as a single-sign on experience...meaning that there are other school applications on campus where you log in with your username/password, and you use that same info for Canvas. But, some schools do not have that process set up, and so you may need to reach out to Canvas Support.
Another thing to try is to reset your password...but again, these direction may not be exactly what you see when you are on your school's login page:
