I'm working with an instructor to help him with his online class. He said that he can no longer see .cpp and .m file types on his iPad when students submit them for grading. He was able to do this over the summer, so it appears to be a glitch with a newer version of the app.
All he gets is a blank screen when he clicks on the assignment to annotate and grade it, and he cannot see the assignment at all. However, if he looks on the desktop, he is still able to view .m files in the grader, but not .cpp.
I contacted my institution's IT and they told me they could not help with iOS app issues, so I was sent here.
