[ARCHIVED] Canvas Comment library just a personal dumping ground?

I'm looking at the comment library feature, and as far as I can tell, it's literally just a record of saved comments from every assignment, and every course, that only you can see. Correct me if I'm wrong, but is there no way to sort or share it?

Without a way to sort this (so you don't wind of with a million comments from all your assignments and you can't tell what is what) and share it between instructors for a course, it has very, very limited usefulness.

Please let me know if I've missed something!

According to the release notes and the Q&A, the comment bank is tied to the User, not the course. So, your comments follow you around rather than staying in specific courses.
