[ARCHIVED] Canvas Dashboard Rearranged

Hi,

Every time I reorder my course tiles on the Canvas dashboard they are rearranged again the next time I go back to the dashboard. How do I lock the ordering that I want for my course tiles?

Hello  @jennifer_jameso  Welcome to the Canvas Community...and Happy New Year.  It's my understanding that any re-ordering of the course cards on the Canvas Dashboard should "stick" in the order that you placed them...no matter where you log in...even on a different computer.  I'm not sure if you are an instructor or a student, but here are a couple Guides for you that explain how to re-order your course cards on the Dashboard:

If you are still finding that the course cards are not appearing in the order that you desired, then I would recommend that you reach out to Canvas support to see if they can be of further assistance.  You can contact them by following the information in one of these Guides:

We have had this problem here and Canvas Support confirmed with us that this is a bug. I'm able to re-create it. The Dashboard cards never stay in order. I'm looking for the specific ticket where Support confirmed it.
