Has anyone made a canvas emoji- are we allowed to do it? Would love to be able to do this. Any recommendations for an Emoji maker?

I use Bitmoji, but am wondering what you envision as a "Canvas Emoji".Emoji are typically anthropomorphic or at best, furry.  Canvas has the panda as a mascot, and one could have fun with that.
