I am experiencing some difficulties with the "Launch External Tool" blue button on the mobile app.

There are no pop ups happening to link it to the External Tool, for example, FlipGrid and EdPuzzle

For testing purposes: I have an institution login and tried the same behavior and the blue button works fine. I clicked on the "Launch External Tool", a pop up showed up for me to configure other apps. 

I have created a screenrecording this to show you the behavior. This is also the same for Android and iPad. 

I appreciate all your patience and all your efforts to make distancing learning possible right now. I understand that this is likely because this is a Free Account but my district refuses to pay for Canvas. 😰
