Is the Folio integration available within Canvas Free for Teachers accounts or only paid accounts? For the paid accounts, I think I have to talk to the CSM to get that listed in my instance, but I wonder what about the Free accounts?

I checked with one of the Canvas Community Managers about your question because I wasn't sure myself.  His response was, "I don't believe it is, Chris."  Sorry that I don't have better news for you, but I hope this helps to answer your question.
