Thank you for contacting the Canvas Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with integrating Zoom. The missing parameter state error message is likely tied to the URLs you are using, although I understand you've checked them. You should verify and make absolutely sure that these match up exactly to the URLs on your school and Canvas:
Redirect for OAuth -
Add Allows List -
Event Notification Endpoint URL -
If they are all correct, you may want to contact Zoom and/or Canvas support directly but I would recommend starting with Zoom since this is their app and error message.
