I was given a link to join a group of classes. The classes originate from a community college. My created canvas account does not seem to be connected to the college. When I try to use the link it prompts me to log into the _______Canvas@...account. Is this a question for the college?

Hi, @anabelressner , it sounds like you've created your own account in Free For Teachers (FFT), but it then turned out that the school is creating accounts on students' and teachers' behalf. So you'll need to use the pathway provided by the school to access your Canvas courses. If you'd like to have the extraneous FFT deleted, log into that unwanted account and use the Report a Problem option on the Help menu to make the request.

As I mentioned, I tried the link that was sent to me by work (not the
college) and that's when it prompted me to put in the account that wanted
the college name in the log in.
