I'm sorry you are having trouble with Canvas! Are you referring to the inbox in Canvas where you can send inbox messages? You mentioned that this has been a pervasive problem. Have you and/or others who are experiencing this contacted Support?
I have not contacted support. Yes, I am referring to the inbox in Canvas. I have only asked one other person if they have problems, and they said yes. So, I don't know if it is pervasive. Just figured everyone was having the problem if my co-worker was.

Hi Jane,
That makes sense. The best course of action here is to file a support ticket. That way they will know if there is a pervasive problem because tickets will come in from all over. When I searched the community for similar posts, mostly what I found was people reporting what ultimately turned out to be poor performance with their Internet speed. Have you been able to rule that out? From what I can see you are running a supported version of Chrome so its probably not the browser.
I have high speed internet with download 55 Mbps, and upload 11.2 Mbps.
