[ARCHIVED] Canvas is not loading my school to find my school

When classes weren’t popping up on my dashboard I logged out thinking I’ll log back in to see if that would resolve my issue. But when I went into do so I had to find my school again.
To to be honest, I really hate that I’d rather just bypass that part and log right into my school’s servers. But unfortunately that’s not how it works.
I’ve searched to see if anyone else is having the same issue, but no luck. Luckily it’s working on safari. I wish there was a more mobile friendly layout... that’s why I choose the app.
If if this is important... I am using an iPhone 5s with iOS version 12.4.2 I’ve tried updating but that’s not working. I also know that there was an update for dashboard bug. Next I’ll try reinstalling it.

Thanks for following up. This was a known caching bug that was fixed in Canvas Student 6.6.9. The other fix before 6.6.9 was to uninstall and reinstall the app, like you did.
