@abailey2 Make sure to vote for it by following the link I had previously posted. Also with Vimeo you have the option to "download" the video. You can always downloads this video and upload to your course and post it where you want it. Stay safe.

@Katrina-Hess, No, chat is used with guest accounts and even if we removed chat there are other policy's that we applied to student accounts that do not apply to guest account. There are just too many holes when we tested and not enough control for us as admins and teachers and because of that we have decided not to us the TEAMS LTI. Thanks for the help though.

Hello, Anyone have anymore information on Class Teams LTI? This seemed like it would be a good solution for us but it's turning out to be a nightmare. Students can chat with each other and we have no control. So we setup a polity in MS and remove the chat feature BUT then they can access the meeting as a "Guest" and when they do the the "Policy" we applied does not APPLY. So now I'm wondering what the Class Team LTI is and how it will work? Thanks

Hey @wli40 yes! I was wondering what your experience was with Intelliboard. I attended one of their demos and had a meeting with them. But that is as far as I got. Hoping to get feedback from users who had had personal experience with the vendor. Thanks for getting back with me.

At K-12 it is very important for us to be able to run daily attendance reports. @LloydH we had to pay for a custom which loads data daily and allows the teacher to run daily attendance reports. There is an Attendance Report on the Course navigation for them. They can run the report by All Students, Course or Specific Student and they can select the date range. We have had a few snags since this is new but this has been great for our teachers. The report has a column with Attended on it with that has Yes or blank!

Agreed! It's great that all courses display now but it would be great for teachers to be able to differentiate between all the courses when the title is the same or almost identical. Until this is corrected I have been sharing the following steps with my teachers that I found here in the community: Open the course you are sharing to in another tab Copy the course ID from that course’s url. The course ID is the 6-digit number that follows courses/ in the url. Return to the course you are copying from, proceed to copy your item like normal. Instead of selecting from the drop down, paste the copied course ID in the select a course box. Click on the course name when it populates. Hope this helps meantime.

Hi @amcmillan , This is a known issue, Canvas added the ability for past courses to display which has caused many problems. You can read more on Canvas Deploy Notes (2021-01-20) I have been telling my teachers the workaround @audra_agnelly mentioned: Open the course you are sharing to in another tab Copy the course ID from that course’s url. Hi @CeeKay I had this same issue with my teachers in December and the issue turned out to be with the Legacy to the Plagiarism Framework. Apparently a new Plagiarism Framework was pushed out by Turnitin and any issues with the Legacy Framework are not being address. I had to disable the Legacy Framework and enable the Plagiarism Framework and have not had any issues since then. Not sure if this might apply to your or not but hope this information helps. Warming though, if this does apply to you then keep in mind that when you disable the Legacy Framework then your teachers will not have access to any submitted work (ask me how I know this!). Hope this information helps.

Hi @clara5 Unfortunately we don't have access to your particular Canvas instance but it sounds like your instructor did not make the Assignments link available on your course navigation. You instructor might have linked the assignment on a page or module or even on the Syllabus. Also on your dashboard you can look under To Do and see if the assignment is listed there or you can click on the three dots and switch to List View to find the assignemnt. Last suggestion would be to reach out to your instructor and let the know you are having issues locating your assignments. Hope this helps you and good luck.

Hi @dsubrizi I would say your best option would be to contact your Tech Department for options. One option would be for your Tech Department to manually create a dummy or guest account and give your present the information to login to that dummy account. You would manually enroll that user to give them access but that would all be dependent on your institution. They might not allow for dummy/guest accounts but they would be your best contact to figure out alternative ways if they are available. Hope this helps.

Hi @tlyn Did you verify that you are using the correct URL for your institution? Each institution has their own URL for their users to log into. If you are then my best suggestion would be to submit a ticket to support. On the login page you should see the "Help" option, click on that then "Report a Problem" this ticket will go to support which can better assist you with this issue. Hope this helps.

Hello @freddomel69 , To view all courses you are currently enrolled in select "Courses" then "All Courses", all courses listed here you have access to as long as they are "Published". You can customize which courses, Viewing Canvas courses in the Dashboard‌ Stay safe.
