I am trying to access canvas through google chrome and it is not working.. it is just blinking.. but everything is working like when i look something up and my mobile app is working

Hi  @brittanycobb99  Welcome to the Canvas Community. 
I'm wondering if you either need to clear your cache or update your browser.
Here are some ideas for you to try:
- Check your device compatibility: What are the basic computer specifications for Canvas?
 - Check your browser compatibility: Which browsers does Canvas support? Note that Internet Explorer 11 is not a supported browser.
 - Try a different browser. The latest version of Chrome works great in both Windows and MacOS.
 - If none of these methods solve the problem, contact Canvas Support. General instructions are in How do I get help with Canvas as a student?, but your school's support setup might vary somewhat, in which case ask your local IT Department for additional troubleshooting assistance.
 - There may be some other reasons that you cannot access your courses in Canvas...some of which are outlined here: Why can't I access my Course as a student?
 - Clear your cache https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en
