[ARCHIVED] Canvas new sync error

We have had someone who cannot sync with this error:

"No grade changes in Canvas were found since the last successful sync on the assignments selected for grade passback. No assignments or grades were synced"

We are on Pinnacle, I have only found one post, same error and it was Skyward. There is no answer to that post. has anyone encountered it? If so, have you found a fix?
