What kind of Android tablet is that? If it's a cheaper knock off type Android device, it's possible that either Google Play store or some of the apps won't be available.
Here is a good tidbit I found on another site:
The Play Store app won't show you an app that's not compatible with that device.
You can confirm this by using a browser to go to the Play Store (http://play.google.com), login to your account, find the app, and it will say something like "this app is compatible with some of your devices" or "this app is not compatible with your devices". If you hit the "install" button it will give you a list of your devices and tell you which ones are compatible or not.
If you want, let the developer know (their email is at the bottom of the app's page). Tell them everything about your device; make, model, android version, memory, everything you can think of. They can check their requirements and maybe adjust them to make them compatible.
I think this is a good start.
