When I try to use canvas on my iMac not everything on the page will load. I can see the menu but the actual content is just blank. So I can click on modules or grades but the pages are blank. I have a 2012 iMac and have tried in both Firefox and Safari with no luck. But everything works just fine on my 2016 Macbook Pro. I'm at a complete loss as to what is going on and how to fix it.

I look forward to hearing from you!
Stuart
Hi, @jrrose4 Welcome to the Canvas Community! Stuart has given you a comprehensive set of troubleshooting steps. It seems likely that the OS on your 2012 Mac will not support an upgrade to Safari 12 or 13 (those are currently the two latest versions) or updates to one of the two most recent versions of Firefox or Chrome. Here are the computer specification documents for your reference:
What are the basic computer specifications for Canvas?
Which browsers does Canvas support?
So I hope Stuart's advice gets you back on track!
