[ARCHIVED] Captioning for Two Languages in the Same Video

I am an Instructional Designer at Mississippi State University and we are looking for an option for foreign language classes to caption videos in two languages. Studio only will caption in one. Has anyone had any success with a third party software?

Canvas Studio can support two uploaded caption files in different languages.

I am seeing that if you have not created the caption file, you would need to use a third party software to do so. Our guide mentions " For help creating a media caption file, you can use a captioning site such as Amara. "

Studio supports SRT file types, the most common transcript file type, and VTT file types, a more mobile-device-friendly transcript file type.

We have the same question and would require the option to select two languages to be captioned as the presenter in the video (teaching languages) speaks two languages (eg. English and Spanish). The final captions should display English when the presenter talks English and should show Spanish when the presenter uses Spanish without us having to upload two separate caption files.
