I need to change my Display name but when I go into settings it is only letting me change the time zone and language.

I am not sure if you are an instructor or a student, but here are the two Guides that tell you how to edit your name:

• How do I edit my profile in my user account as an instructor?
• How do I edit my profile in my user account as a student?

As you'll note in these Guides, it may not be possible for you to edit your name on your own...as this information may be brought in from your school's SIS (Student Information System).  If this is the case for you, I would recommend reaching out to your school's local Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning/eLearning department to see if they might be able to assist you with this request.
