[ARCHIVED] Change or Delete Old Log-in

I have used my email as a log-in credentials with another institution. I need to set up our own account using my own email. The other institution was not able to delete my login.

How can I set up an account with my own email used with a previous organization?

 @missiological  Is this for your school's Canvas instance, or for the Canvas community?
You should be able to have separate accounts in separate instances of Canvas no problem, regardless of email address. If it's for the community, you may need to check out https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-14920
