@kfreeman2 , if you have admin privileges, you'll find instructions here: https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-12628-421473700 As the documentation notes, if the changes are not also made in the school's SIS, the SIS will overwrite any changes made manually in the UI.
If you don't have admin privileges, most likely you or the student will need to contact the local Canvas admin to make these changes.
