If I have changed the required answer in a quiz. How can I change the grade without having to check all the quizzes individually?

Hi  @jessi_ca  Welcome to the Canvas Community!

That depends on the item type you are correcting. Some will automatically regrade based on your choice in a short pop-up menu.  This guide should help you https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-13064-4152139337
