[ARCHIVED] Collaborations won't connect to google drive

We have enabled our google drive with the Google LTI properly. Our teacher is trying to do a collaboration with google drive. She wants to add a slide and presentation. She has two teacher accounts with google, and neither will complete authorization. We can select google docs and it works fine. When we choose google apps it won't finish authorizing. We can't select one of the accounts and the one that is selectable doesn't connect. It says authorization failed. So then we try to enter the other teacher account manually and it spins and spins and it doesn't let us choose it at all. Can anyone help?
