Our university wants to have a template for a common course Front Page. We are creating the template ourselves. Is there a way to automatically have ALL the courses set up that way each semester so that the instructor just has to edit the template? We know we can put it in the Commons area and instruct them to go find it there, but we want to make it easier than that because we don't think they will all be able to do that easily.

Welcome to the Canvas Community!!!
Have you looked into the Blueprinting capability in Canvas:
How do I enable a course as a blueprint course as an admin?
How do I associate a course with a blueprint course as an admin?

Hi Laurie,
I can think of two other things you can do. First is once all the courses are in Canvas for the next semester you can associate the newly created courses to a blueprint course and then disassociate them. The second way is to import the content from the course you have setup with the Front page you want. Both of these ways can be automated using the canvas apis, but would require someone with some programming skills to be involved.
