I am my district's Canvas Admin. Thus I have admin access in Commons. There are a few other district-level folks I wish to give admin access to our district Commons. I do not see how to give that permission/role to others. It appears to be tied to Account Admin role. I do not wish to have them assigned to that role. I am checking if anyone knows of a method to assign to others not an Account Admin?

I believe what you will have to do is create and manage Groups and assign admins to the groups:
