[ARCHIVED] Conference Participant Limit with Free for Teacher Canvas

When using Big Blue Button for Conference with "Free for Teacher Canvas" is there a limit on the number of participants to the conference.  And if there is, what happens if someone tries to enter the conference after the limit is reached?

As detailed in https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-12687-415241306 , the recommended guideline is not to exceed 100 users in a conference, and it is not a hard cap—so no limit. That said, users can expect to experience performance degradation when more than 100 users are participating.
