[ARCHIVED] Conferences for a Future Date

I am new to using the conferences feature. (FYI: I am using BigBlueButton)

I am the teacher and I am at home, as are all of my students.

I want to set-up a conference for tomorrow at 10 AM. I have set-up a new conference, but I see no option to schedule the date and time. How will my students know what time the conference starts? I watched a random youtube video on how to set-up a conference which said that it's possible to set-up future conferences, but it did not show how to do this.

For now, all I have done is changed the title of the conference to include the date and time. I'm hoping there's a better way to do it than this. (I'm worried my students have received 3 or 4 emails with all of the changes I keep making to this one conference.)
